Dr. Meredith Leach is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician and the founder of Recovery Hydration Therapy. With an extensive background in acute clinical care, Dr. Leach transitioned her medical expertise into the wellness space to provide compassionate, high-quality mobile IV hydration and alternative wellness therapies. By combining traditional medical knowledge with innovative, patient-centered mobile treatments, she focuses on delivering safe, effective, and accessible healthcare solutions directly to patients outside the traditional hospital setting.

Dr. Leach’s journey into medicine began with a profound curiosity about the human body and a drive to improve patient outcomes. She pursued an accelerated academic path, attending the prestigious University of Missouri-Kansas City Combined B.A./M.D. program, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts alongside her Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree.
Following medical school, Dr. Leach completed her residency training in Emergency Medicine at University Health / Truman Medical Center. This rigorous training environment equipped her with a deep understanding of acute medical conditions, fluid resuscitation, and complex patient care, laying a strong clinical foundation for her medical career.
